Website care

  • WordPress core updates
  • Supported plugin and theme updates through the normal WordPress updater
  • Critical security updates prioritized; routine updates reviewed at least monthly
  • Premium software requires a valid customer-provided license

Backups and restoration

  • Daily website-file and database backups
  • 14 daily restore points on storage separate from the live website
  • One standard restore from an available restore point per calendar month
  • Backups are not geographically offsite; keep an independent copy for disaster recovery

Support

  • Support by ticket or email, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern
  • Initial response target: within one business day
  • Restoration assistance covers returning the site to a retained backup point
  • No uptime guarantee or guaranteed recovery time is included

SCComp Infrastructure LLC is operated by a hands-on team that runs the platform and answers customer requests directly. Website hosting runs on SCComp-managed clustered infrastructure in Buffalo, New York.

Customers request help through the SCComp support system or email. Backups are checked as part of setup, and restoration requests are handled by the same team that maintains the service.
