Published bandwidth is enforced as the VPS network-interface rate limit during automatic provisioning; for example, a 100 Mbps plan is configured with a 100 Mbps cap. It is a plan limit, not an exclusive claim on the rack's aggregate transit.

One address may be included according to the listing. Additional IPv4 is subject to availability, monthly pricing, and valid technical justification.
