Application startup code simplified
Internal Python route and feature registration was consolidated without changing the public application surface.
We simplified the SCComp application startup path by replacing repeated per-module registration blocks with one ordered registration helper. Generated marker banners in supporting Python and SQL modules were also replaced with concise section headings.
The cleanup preserved the exact route and endpoint map. Compilation, production-environment imports, and the complete automated regression suite passed before deployment. This maintenance release changes no customer data, product behavior, provisioning, networking, or billing configuration.
