Request server colocation
How to request rack space for customer-owned server hardware and follow the request through the SCComp panel.
Before you submit
Collect the server manufacturer and model, rack-unit size, estimated power draw, number of network ports, desired bandwidth, public IPv4 requirements, and installation timeline.
Open a request
Choose **Hosting → Colocation**, sign in, and complete the server form. Submitting it opens a sales request on your account; it does not immediately create a charge.
Review and installation
SCComp sales will confirm rack space, power, network capacity, shipping or delivery coordination, and monthly pricing. Follow the request under **Panel → Orders**. Once accepted and installed, SCComp can add it to **Panel → Devices** as a colocation device.
Do not ship equipment until sales confirms delivery instructions and acceptance.
