Notifications

Account settings controls optional blog, ticket, order, device, invoice, and comment email where available. Verification and reset mail remain required.

Safe messages

Legitimate links use sccomp.us. Navigate directly when suspicious. SCComp should not need full card numbers or private SSH keys in tickets.

Credentials

Prefer SSH keys, encrypt and back up private keys, rotate exposed secrets, and use a password manager. Console access is privileged.

Browser

Use an updated browser with cookies and JavaScript. Reload for CSRF errors and submit a fresh form.

Privacy

Documentation comments are public; tickets are private support records. Verify the audience before posting and provide only information necessary for service delivery.
